A resort by the water, made for families
Palm Lake Resort, often simply called "Folla Monastir" or "the Folla residence", is an upscale residence built by the developer Folla Immobilière. It lies in the Dkhila-Skanes tourist area, between Monastir and Sousse, 100 m from the beach. Secure and family-friendly, it lets children play in complete peace of mind. Not to be confused with Folla Aqua Resort, another residence by the same developer, in Sousse.

Good to know
The resort has rules for holiday rentals:
- The management asks for a copy of the ID (national ID card or passport) of every guest.
- A resort wristband, given on arrival, must be worn throughout your stay.
- The number of guests is limited to the capacity of the apartment.
- The resort car park is reserved for stays of 10 nights or more.
- Sun loungers cannot be reserved: please do not leave your towel on them.

No. Both were built by Folla Immobilière, but Palm Lake Resort is in Monastir (Skanes) and Folla Aqua Resort is in Sousse. Our apartment is at Palm Lake Resort in Monastir.
Can I book just one night? +
No, the minimum stay is 5 nights. The rate is given per night (€130 in summer), but every booking is for at least 5 nights. For stays of 10 nights or more, you can use the resort car park.
How much does it cost? +
